Thinning hair?

If you are having difficulty growing your hair or preventing it from thinning and falling out, there are several remedies that can help fix those issues. Along with surgical treatments and medicinal remedies that help hair growth,
some natural supplements and elements do the same thing, generally without harmful side effects. One of those elements is Biotin, and it has been proven to increase hair strength and growth over time

Biotin is a vitamin B component that provides your body with vitamins and nutrients needed to allow your hair and even your nails to grow strong and fast. It boosts your metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins that are needed for thick hair and increased growth.

Biotin is sometimes also known as vitamin H, and it helps protect your body against dryness and brittle hair follicles that prevent hair growth. Not only does it do that, but biotin increases the elasticity of your hair follicles and the hair cortex, to help prevent some of the breakage and further damage that stops your hair from thickening and growing well. When taking in biotin regularly and in the right proportions, your hair will thicken and give off the appearance that you have more hair than you actually do.

The best thing about it is there are no harmful side effects of biotin, but you should always be sure to take the amount prescribed to you
